2-minute Review [Positives]
  • Stylish design, with a bit of bling factor - an ivory body and a gold frame running around it
  • Decent display (though resolution could have been better)
  • HTC phones have one of the cleanest UIs and are easy to understand and navigate - and also include the handy "Blinkfeed" for social media and other updates
  • The overall performance of the phone is decent and you will not encounter any issues with regular use
  • The phone also does not display any tendency to heat up, which is always good
  • Decent 13MP rear camera - is fast and comes out with some good photos, especially when the lighting is good
  • Very good speakers with Boom Sound
  • Decent battery - lasts an entire day without you having to recharge
  • Overall, the phone may be a good choice if you like the design and style of the phone and want a top-end brand
  • Excellent build quality
  • Premium, classy design - one of the best looking smartphones in this price bracket
  • Beautiful, full-metal body
  • Very good display - vivid, sharp, and has good sunlight legibility
  • HTC Sense is one of the better looking and better performing Android UIs around
  • Smooth overall performance
  • Good rear camera
  • Very good call quality
  • Playing music and watching movies, even without earphones is a great experience thanks to the BoomSound support on the loudspeaker
  • Acceptable battery life - lasts through the day, with moderate use
  • Fast charging support
2-minute Review [Negatives]
  • The graphics performance of the phone is pretty average and will put off for hardcore gamers - the phone is primarily meant for users who are consuming email, videos, and movies
  • No fingerprint scanner
  • Lacks a good grip, so using a case would be a good idea
  • The front side of the phone, being all-glass, is a smudge magnet
  • Average front camera
