Design
- Beautiful, full metal, premium, unibody design, in a slim, and light form factor
- Good grip
Display
- Sharp display with plenty of color profiles
- Sunlight legibility of the display is average
Software
- Asus ZenUI running on top of Android is thankfully relatively bloat free now, and is pretty decent
Performance
- Good all-round performance, multi-tasking and gaming are smooth too
Camera
- Good (though not exceptional) dual front camera setup - with standard and wide-angle lens for your portrait and wide-angle selfies - also supplemented with a soft light LED flash to help you capture better photos in low-light - the setup works well mostly - there is also support for 4k selfie videos (something vloggers might appreciate)
- The rear 16-megapixel camera is decent too, and capable of taking good photos, especially in outdoor conditions
Battery
- Good battery life - comfortably lasts the day
- Support for fast charging - tops up the battery to full in about an hour and 30 minutes
More
- Although the selfie camera is on the whole quite good, the image quality from the wide-angle lens could have been better, especially since the phone is primarily marketed as a selfie phone
- Uses the old microUSB port, instead of the modern USB-C
