Design
- Metal unibody design, with a 2.5D curved glass display giving it a polished premium look
- Feels good to hold as well
- Quick, accurate fingerprint sensor built into the back, that supports app encryption too
- Decent speed/performance in daily use - handles all the apps thrown at it - gaming performance is decent too without any frame drops
- Since the display is glossy it attracts fingerprints
Display
- Decent display - bright, vibrant - sunlight readability is acceptable as well
- Come with one-time mobile screen replacement for a year
- As the phone just has an on-screen button, the big bezel at the bottom can look empty and awkward
Software
- Lava's custom software over Android (StarOS UI) is buggy at places, often unintuitive, and packs a lot of bloatware
Camera
- Decent camera - daylight and HDR shots are good, though low light performance is pretty average
- The front facing camera, with flash, is good too for selfies and the images are sharp and crisp
Battery
- Good battery life - lasts for a day even with heavy usage, and also has Power saving and Super power saving modes
- Doesn't have fast charging technology like some competitors, so takes a good two hours for charging from 0 to 100%
