Design
- Sturdy polycarbonate body with a metallic finish
- Slim and light
- The fingerprint sensor is quick in scanning fingers and unlocks the device quickly
Display
- Decent, bright 5.5-inch full HD display, though color reproduction could be better
Software
- ColorOS UI over Android is decent (and heavily inspired by iOS) but something simple such as stock Android would have been better
Performance
- Powered by a mid-tier MediaTek chipset, which is decent but definitely isn’t as powerful and efficient as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC that powers some of its competitors - the likes of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Lenovo P2
Camera
- Good set of dual front-facing cameras form the highlight of the phone - let you capture sharp selfies, as well as wide-angle group photos - the cameras perform especially well outdoors, with the photos look bright and sharp - this is arguably the best selfie camera in this price bracket
- Rear camera could have been better - the photos are sometimes overexposed, and at other times appear dull, even in bright outdoor conditions
Battery
- Good battery life - lasts the entire day with moderate usage
- Reasonably good charging speed - fully charges in about an-hour-and-a-half
